Shipments

Shipping by courier

All shipments will be made by express courier.
The cost of each shipment amounts to € 6, + 1 € for each additional product over the first, up to a maximum of 20€ in total. All costs include VAT. The shipping costs are shown in the Cart at the time of purchase and the items purchased will be delivered at the address indicated by the customer at time of purchase.

Delivery time

The shipment of goods is made within 24 hours of receiving the order; It delivers within 24 / 48h from the time of shipment. We select the best via express courier service available depending on location, weight and volume, taking into account any way locations such as mountains or in the smaller islands.
Delivery times may vary due to force majeure or attributable to the carrier, in relation to which SURIV SRL no responsibility whatsoever.
The delivery, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, will take place between the hours of 8.30 and 20.00, Monday to Friday.

Shipping on delivery

The payment service mark allows you to pay for the goods in cash at the time of delivery.

Acceptance with the Goods Reserve

All products sold by SURIV SRL traveling with the original packaging made by the manufacturer, contained in envelopes flyer Express Delivery selected. Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to check that the packaging is not damaged or altered. Any abnormalities should be immediately reported to the carrier making the delivery, adding the word "withdrawal conditional" on the accompanying document.
