1) Introduction
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "General Conditions"), regulate only the contractual relationships between the customer site L2M1 (hereafter referred to as "Customer") and the seller L2M1, belonging to the company SURIV SRL, registered at the chamber of commerce of Bari, N. REA: BA-594719 and VAT Number: 07967250726.
These General Conditions are the only ones to be applied and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express written consent.
L2M1 may be under an obligation to amend some of these provisions; We therefore suggest to customers to read frequently the Conditions of the site General L2M1(hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). These amendments are binding as of the start line, and do not apply to contracts concluded before that decision. Every purchase on the Site is subject to the General Conditions of Sale applicable to the order date. L2M1 is confident that, once validated the order, the Clients have read and unconditionally accepted the Conditions of Sale. Customers undertake to respect the General Terms and Conditions of Use detailed on it.
2) Make an order
To execute an order on the Customer Site have 2 different possibilities:
- by Internet on the Site: L2M1 24 hours 7 days a week
- By phone at number: (+39) 329.5336719 - (+39) 080.6977430 Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.
3) Prices
The sale prices listed on the site are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT but exclude delivery costs. The delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and are billed at the end of the order in addition to the selected products.
L2M1 reserves the right to change prices at any time, but is equally committed to apply the prices indicated on the site at the time of order.
In the case of displaying a wrong price and / or manifestly ridiculous, for any reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error ...), the order will be canceled, even if the initial validation.
4) Availability
The Customer orders are fulfilled within the limits of the quantity of available products. In case of unavailability of a product we will refund the price of the product within a maximum time of 14 days from the date on which the customer has made the payment.
In the event that some of the products ordered are not available, L2M1 agrees to immediately ship the products available and undertake to pay the delivery costs related to the shipment of the remaining products. In the case where the unavailability of the product is due to a final cessation of production of the same by the manufacturer, L2M1 propose to the customer a quality product and equivalent price. In case of refusal by the customer, L2M1 will reimburse the unavailable product.
5) Delivery
Products purchased on the Site can be delivered throughout Europe.
The order will be delivered to the address indicated in the order, do not make delivery to your mailbox.
Delivery is within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation.
Upon receipt of the order, L2M1 advises customers to verify that the products comply with the order, and to indicate if they are damaged, any anomalies on the delivery form of handwritten form and countersigned reserves.
In case of non-receipt of a parcel on time, the customer will be invited to report such malfunction at L2M1 so that it will conduct an investigation on the matter, which could last several days.
6) Right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent within 14 calendar days of receipt of goods, the items for which it intends to exercise this right.
The return costs of the product are the responsibility of the customer.
The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, that:
• the original packaging
• wear of the product, due to the use
• absence of product components
• damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
L2M1 proceed to re-credit the order transmission relative to the cost of goods shipped within 14 days.
L2M1 consequently reject any Product not packed, as well as products for which they have not been already paid by the customer the cost of returning. Remember that the right of withdrawal is excluded in this case, in the case of audio or video recordings and software that have already been opened by the customer.
7) Return of products
To send back one or more products, follow the instructions in "Returns and invoicing".
The return will be made through the courier of your choice. We strongly encourage you to make the product by registered mail or by postal tracking and possibly to sign with the carrier insurance for the commercial value of the products made so that you can protect yourself in case of loss or damage.
8) Product Warranty
Products purchased on the Site are covered by the legal warranty that covers any lack of conformity expressed within a period of six months from the date of delivery of the order. It also points out that the legal guarantee may not apply or apply only partially in the following cases:
- The repair of damage caused by a cause external to the product (for example: accident, shock, lightning, power surges, oxidation, presence of sand ...)
- A failure of the resulting customer, for example, by use or installation not in accordance with manufacturer's specifications,
- Use of the device to be harmful to its maintenance,
- Any lack of conformity of the customer is aware of this when placing your order.
